2026 Registration Refund Policy
There are no refunds for swim team after May 10 unless there are extenuating circumstances. Until May 10, refunds for fees (excluding fees paid directly to the Gwinnett County Swim League) must be requested via email to [email protected]
We are an all-volunteer board and we base our swim team budget on the number of registered swimmers that we have. We try to keep costs down as much as possible so we do not leave much wiggle-room in our yearly budget. We set the coaches salaries and base other team expenses on the number of swimmers we have.
