Happy Friday Waverunners!

GCSL has just released results from Week 4! Please take a look at the attached spreadsheet to determine if one or more of your children are in the Top 100 for the Gwinnett County Championship Swim Meet. As mentioned in the previous email from me, if a swimmer is in the Top 50 on the county list after the meet with the Fields Club on 6.26, they automatically qualify for county. They will need to declare if they are going or not and what events they are swimming if they qualify for more than 3. Three individual events is the limit, just like in regular meets. If they are #51-100 and they want to go, then we will submit their names to the county. Once everyone has declared if they are going and what events they are swimming, they will fill up unused slots with those over 50. Also, there will be relays at county so they may be needed for that in addition to their individual events.

Please let me know which swimmers want to go and who can’t/don’t want to go... even if you aren’t in the top 50 yet.

After the Home meet against Jones Bridge River Station on Monday, the rankings will change. You can find the weekly results at Weekly Results - Gwinnett County Swim League.

Below is the address and the schedule of the Gwinnett County meet. There is also information on how to order county merchandise if you would like. The due date to order is June 23rd. County is held at Georgia Tech McAuley Aquatic Center (750 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318) July 11th-13th.
