5/15/2025 Reminders Waverunners
Hi Waverunners,
What a great week of practice! Shockingly the rain held off and the kids got to swim everyday! The water is a little cold, but hopefully we will see some warm sunny weather from here to warm it up.
Please read this full email for details for pictures tomorrow, next weeks mock meet, parent meeting, volunteer info, concession info, etc.
Pictures are tomorrow (Friday)! We will have practice around the pictures. Please come in your swimsuit (team suit if you have one) and prepared to swim.
Wavewalkers & crawlers are invited to the photo and parents have a new parent meeting at 5:30.
Team picture starts lining up at 5:15 and will be taken by 5:30. We will hand out the team t-shirts before the picture and the kids will wear them. Most want to wear their suit for individual pics. Coaches will wear their polo shirts.

***For all practices, please make sure your swimmer is prepared with a towel, goggles (optional), hair ties if needed, and swim cap (optional).

High School 3:45-4:45 pm
6 & Under 4:45-5:15 pm
7 & 8s 5:15-5:45 pm
9 & 10s 5:45-6:30 pm
Middle School* 6:30-7:15 pm

Thursday May 22nd Morning practice times:
7 & 8s 8:15-9:00 am
6 & unders 9:15-9:45 am
9 & 10s 9:45-10:30 am
11 & Ups 10:30-11:30am
*Mock Meet May 22nd
***We are inviting any swimmer 13+ who wants to participate to sign up as well as the 12 and under Waverunners who can swim the length of the pool.
Swimmers arrive at 5pm, meet starts at 6 pm.

Click Meets & Events, select the Mock Meet, click Meet Entry button.
Click the edit button and select the swimmers who will attend the meet and the events they want to swim, then save.
Meet RSVPs will be open until Saturdays prior to the meets at 12:00 pm.
You can mark your swimmers attending or not attending for all meets this season now if you would like to do so.
***Volunteer sign ups have gone out. Please check your email and sign up for half of each meet if you will have a swimmer competing. Parents can swap off or have another adult take their place. It is very important that we have enough volunteers to run each meet. We will go over the roles at the meeting tomorrow for our new families.
