Waverunners Practice Starts Tomorrow!
Hello Waverunners!
Tomorrow is our first practice of the 2025 season for our 5 and up swimmers and the weather does not look good. But no worries, as long as it is not thunder storming the coaches are planning to pivot and have DRY LAND PRACTICE!!! This is where our swimmers get to know each other with fun and games and some calisthenics on the deck.
Please have your swimmer wear a swim suit, bring an extra towel, bring goggles just in case, and wear some warmer clothes over their suit if needed on Monday (and maybe Tuesday). The rest of the week is looking warm and sunny!

Friday May 16th is the Team Picture, lining up starts at 5:15 and we will pause practice for the picture. Sign up for individual picture slots (one per family)

The New Parent meeting is also at 5:30 pm on Friday, we can answer all the questions that might come up during practices this week.
Last week I introduced our head Coach Katie, but she could not do her job without some awesome assistant coaches, so please see the attachment or the website (https://pcwaverunners.swimtopia.com/coaches) to see who they are and read a little about their careers as Waverunners.
I will communicate via Remind and email if practice is cancelled due to the weather, so make sure to check before heading to the pool. I look forward to meeting all of our new families and seeing all of our returning Waverunners tomorrow.
I will be at practice each day this week if you need anything or have questions and I will also have swimsuits to try on this week if you want to order a team suit and are unsure of size.
