Hi Waverunners! Practice starts Monday, May 8th…in 23 days!! If you haven’t registered yet, please do! Late fees start on MONDAY, APRIL 17th! Register HERE

**A $25 late fee per athlete will begin on Monday, April 17th. PLEASE register your swimmers on time! We hire coaches and schedule our practice times based on the number of registered swimmers.

• Practice Times: Please see the attached PC Waverunners Info Sheet for all practice times. Please review the schedule carefully!

• Summer Evening Practices (May 30 - June 21): If your child needs to attend an evening practice there will be signups on the bulletin board located on the pool deck. Look for those signups to be posted the week of May 15th.

• Volunteer Assignments: Over the next few weeks you will be getting an email from Mallory Even about volunteer assignments. Thank you in advance for volunteering…we can’t run a swim meet without your help!

• Remind App: For quick updates during the season (like lightning delays, practice/meet reminders, etc) this is how I will communicate with you. To join, click HERE or on your cell text 81010 and text this message: @pcwaverun

• Inclement Weather: If practices are canceled or meets are delayed I will communicate this info through the Remind App. Please make sure that you are registered!

• Swimsuits: To purchase a team swimsuit click HERE. Not sure about sizing? Jenn Gaulding has a box of sample suits that she will bring to the first week of practices! She will also be up at the pool on Sunday, April 16th from 4:30 - 5:30pm and Friday, April 28th from 4:30 - 5:30pm with the sample suits if you’d like to stop by with your swimmer to try them on. • Team Fundraiser: Jenn Gaulding is also collecting old Waverunner swimsuits that your child has outgrown. She will have the donated swimsuits for sale during the first few weeks of practices. If you have any Waverunner suits that you would like to donate, please contact Jenn. All proceeds from the sales of the suits will be donated to the team. • GCSL 50th Anniversary Celebration, Friday 4/28 @ 7pm: Join GCSL to kick off its 50th season, celebrate those who helped it get here, and establish a new scholarship fund. This event is intended for adults and will have a live DJ, cash bar, and appetizers. Dress attire is come as you are casual! They encourage attendance from past coaches, team council reps, swim parents, sponsors, and anyone who has been involved or wants to support Gwinnett County Swim League.
