Hi Waverunners! Hello and welcome back for another great swim season!  Swim Team practice begins in just over two weeks from today...can you believe it?!?!!! Yay!!!

• Practice Times: Please see the attached PC Waverunners Info Sheet for all practice times. Please review the schedule carefully!

• Summer Evening Practices (May 31 - June 22): If your child needs to attend an evening practice there will be signups on the bulletin board located on the pool deck. Look for those signups to be posted the week of May 16th.

• Volunteer Assignments: Over the next few weeks you will be getting an email from Mallory Even about volunteer assignments. Thank you in advance for volunteering…we can’t run a swim meet without your help!

• Remind App: For quick updates during the season (like lightning delays, practice/meet reminders, etc) this is how I will communicate with you. To join, click HERE or on your cell text 81010 and text this message: @pcwave22

• Inclement Weather: If practices are canceled or meets are delayed I will communicate this info through the Remind App. Please make sure that you are registered!

• Swimsuits: To purchase a team swimsuit click HERE. Not sure about sizing? Jenn Gaulding has a box of sample suits that she will bring to the first week of practices! She will also be up at the pool on Sunday, April 24th from 3:15 - 4:45pm with the sample suits if you’d like to stop by with your swimmer to try them on. • Team Fundraiser: Jenn Gaulding is also collecting old Waverunner swimsuits that your child has outgrown. She will have the donated swimsuits for sale during the first few weeks of practices. If you have any Waverunner suits that you would like to donate, please contact Jenn. All proceeds from the sales of the suits will be put towards the Team Record Board. • Team Record Board. We are still raising money for our Team Record Board. THANK YOU to everyone who has already donated through registration…so far we have raised $800!! If you would like to donate additional funds to help get us closer to our goal of $1200 please click HERE…we are so close!

• Swim Chair: After three awesome seasons this is going to be my last as swim chair. My hours and responsibilities at work are changing next year and unfortunately I won’t have the time I need to devote to being swim chair. If you are interested in learning more about the position please reach out to me. Ideally this is a job for two people…so grab a friend and come find me during one of the practices and I’d love to chat! :)
